As our products are food-grade consumables, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances:

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us at sales@coffeenestbrewingsolutions.com

Refund / Replacement Eligibility
Refunds or replacements will be provided if:

• The product is delivered damaged
• The product is incorrect or does not match the order
• The package shows signs of tampering upon delivery
   

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing order details and supporting photographs as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used coffee packs
• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
   

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
